1. Heartsaver (CPR) Program
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) sustains circulation and oxygenation for victims
in cardiac arrest. This program emphasizes hands-on, practical training in the skills
required for high quality CPR, and effective first aid for such victims. Participants
will also learn vital first aid skills for conscious and unconscious choking victims.
2. Citizen CPR + AED Program
This program is specially designed for the general public and laypersons to acquire
the basic skills and confidence to perform high quality CPR and to use the Automated
External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively. Participants will practice
CPR and integrate their skills with the use of the AED.
3. Workplace CPR + AED Program
The objectives for this program are similar to those of Citizen CPR+AED, however
the focus and scenario practice are designed specially for workplace. There will
be additional hands on training for both CPR and AED skill sets, to allow more time
for participants to consolidate their skills through scenario based practice. Onsite
training can be conducted at your workplace subject to a minimum of 8 participants
Pre course reading materials will be provided. Participants who pass the theory
and practical tests will receive a certificate recognized by the NRC.
4. Occupational First Aid (OFA)
Our 3-day Occupational First Aid (OFA) course is designed in accordance to the skill
standards set by the Ministry of Manpower and National Resuscitation Council Singapore.
This training is intended to train participants to be first-aider responder in order
to fulfil the regulations stipulated in the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA)
Participants will gain a better understanding on the legal requirements, identifying,
evaluating and minimizing risks and implementing and reviewing control measures.
Upon completion, trainees should be awarded a certification in Occupational First
Aid accredited by Ministry of Manpower, valid for 3 years and a certification in
CPR+AED accredited by NRC, Singapore, valid for 2 years.
SDF training subsidy and Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) Grant is available for
qualified companies. (subject to terms and conditions of subsidy and grant)
Our Training Centre is accredited by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Singapore
National Resuscitation Council (NRC). Participants who meet course
criteria will receive a certificate recognized by the NRC.
